  I am changing my rating from 1 star. The problem has been resolved. The error happened 4 days ago, when our ticket was not put on the delivery schedule. It was an honest mistake, but one that left us hanging. FRO did everything possible to deliver our sofas and now we don't have to live like we are camping out. Based upon previous experiences with FFO, I would Give a 5 star rating. It just took several calls to fix this. When delivered, Lance tried to give us part of the delivery fee back, but we were not in this to do anything other than have everyone treated fairly. I appreciate that FFO HOME did a great job at helping resolve this issue. I also appreciate that Lance was friendly when making the delivery.

  Russell was a lot of help in regards to helping me find what I want. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products I was interested in. He helped me get a really good seal and save quite a bit of money. I am absolutely pleased with the service I received and will definitely be back to do business here in the future.
