  Team members are nice but manager was way too pushy. I just want to go into your store and buy games. I don't want to be a rewards member. I don't want your extended-time refund package. I don't want your scratch protecton, I don't care (nor do I believe you when you tell me) that you buy all of this nonsense for all of your games. I understand it's your job to push this stuff, but don't bs your customers or try to make them feel uneducated when they're not interested in your upsells. All he needed was a brown suit with a tuna fish stain on it and he fit the stereotypical used-car salesman..
