  Wal-mart pharmacy is the absolute worst. I meant to have my doctor switch to CVS and he sent it to Walmart again. This is the last time because yet again I am disappointed by the lack of customer service. I called the pharmacy at 9:30 and asked when it would be ready. They said 1-2 hours in which I replied that I am out of town and would prefer to pick it up another day. The tech then replied that she can make sure it’s done in a half hour. So, I went and shopped and went up to the pharmacy at 10:30 to be safe. They said it would be 10:45 until it is done. I browsed some more and went up again at which point they said they now have to run it through my insurance (which was done at the last visit). It is 11:05 and I am still waiting. A total of an hour and a half. It will likely be a total of two hours before I get out of here. Why did the tech not take my card when I got there the first time???? They could have been running my insurance while I waited on the meds. Walmart, please do better and start streamlining things for the customer as it’s obvious to this customer that you don’t care two cents for my time.
